Mr. Ferrando M.D. is highly trained and experienced in Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He has been featured in numerous press articles and TV documentaries for his highly recognised expertise in Cosmetic Surgery and for his pioneering work in developing new and highly innovative techniques.
With his 30 years experience, he is renowned and highly respected amongst his colleagues, for his scarless rhinoplasty procedure and his own scarless belly button technique, when performing abdominoplasty, a method which he created and studied for years, elevating him to being the only surgeon in the world qualified to perform it.
He dedicated years to study how hide evidence that one had undergone abdominoplasty. A part the long line (scar like cesarium) which can be easily hidden under a bikini , one has the scar around the belly button. No matter how well it is done but it tells one had the surgery . His technique is to recreate the process that happens in the baby at the beginning of his/her life . The result is to have a new belly button without any scar exactly as nature does when one born. He loves the nose because it is the most artistic operation . He loves to study not only the proportion of the patient’s face , proportions that he minutely and accurately studies on a patient’s photo , but even the personality in order to create the right and unique nose for that person . He draws personally the patient’s portrait in order to modify the nose with the same hand he will modify the nose in the operating theatre. That is really important , according to him, because in this way the drawing in the picture is identical at the result one has to expect from his surgery .
The result then will be beautiful but natural and the patient will note that the result is exactly what Mr. Ferrando drew on the photo. Every patient is always happy because Mr. Ferrando’s noses are unique, beautiful and proportioned on the face of each patient . The result is that the patient looks as she/ he was born with that beautiful new nose .
